Based on the award winning doc The Ghost of Peter Sellers, young up and coming director Peter Medak accepts Seller’s proposal to direct an eccentric comedy, written by Spike Milligan. With such talent attached, Ghost in the Noonday Sun is bound to succeed. Yet, shooting in the open sea with a protagonist who's trying to sabotage the film, ends up a haunting shipwreck for all.
