About Paul Iacovou.

Paul’s career is a hybrid of the Advertising and Entertainment industries.

On the heels of a Royal Society of Art award, he founded Navajo Media, a brand consultancy that for over 25 years has seen him produce work for a host of global blue-chip companies. 

​

The advent of digital saw Vegas Media conceived post Millennium as a production and artiste management company, servicing the entertainment industry on both sides of the Atlantic. Paul has directed commercials, music videos and PSA’s and been fortunate to work with a wide range of high-profile artistes including Sammy Davis Jr, Robbie Williams, The Bee Gee’s and Liza Minnelli.

Paul’s critically acclaimed documentary ‘If I Never Sing Another Song’ charting cancer-stricken performer Joe Longthorne as he battled to complete a concert tour was picked up by the Biography Channel and sold over 500,000+ DVD’s in support of related charities.

His most recent work includes ‘The Ghost of Peter Sellers’, directed by veteran Hollywood Director, Peter Medak (‘The Ruling Class’, ‘The Changeling’, ‘Romeo is Bleeding’) in a feature documentary about Medak’s ill-fated film for Columbia Pictures shot in Cyprus in 1973.

The documentary simultaneously premiered in Venice and Telluride to rave reviews’; ‘Jaw dropping’ (Hollywood Reporter), ’Movie Junkie’s rejoice!’ (Rolling Stone), ‘A piece of Hollywood therapy’ (Variety), earning the much coveted ‘Fresh’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

 

The film travelled to 17 top tier festivals, pick­ing up numerous awards, including The Golden Palm (best film across all categories) at The Beverly Hills Film festival.

 

Future projects include the feature film ‘Catch a Falling Star’ and ‘My Film is my Bond’, a feature doc about Film Finances Inc., the world’s largest film bond company.
